Next weekend (October 3rd-5th) sees the first Hayfest – a new not-for-profit music festival right here in Hayfield village. Taking place on the cricket pitch it promises to be an exciting weekend for the community with a wide variety of musical artists appearing over the three days. The headline acts for the weekend are Andy Fairweather Low, Steve Harley and Roachford but there are more than 20 artists performing in total.
The organisers of Hayfest have kindly nominated Holly’s Footprint, along with Blythe House Hospice, to be one of their beneficiaries for which we are very, very grateful.
We will be at Hayfest and can be found in the craft tent providing face painting, selling our new fiendish Family Picture Quiz sheets (with a prize of £50 up for grabs) and running a chocolate tombola (a prize every time!!!) so we look forward to seeing you there.
